Part-Time Job with a Full-Time Commitment
Politicians understand they have to answer to voters every election cycle. That built-in accountability keeps constant pressure on them to listen, compromise, and actually deliver. Sadly, that’s not always the reality in Cape Coral. Cape Coral deserves better than a part-time City Council. I promise a full-time commitment and fresh eyes to fix years of poor planning and wasted tax dollars.
Designed to be Different
I built this website intentionally to stand out from every other candidate in District 6.
While too many candidates carry the baggage of special interests and deep ties to government insiders, my opponents are clearly joined at the hip with the same failed representatives who have shortchanged Cape Coral taxpayers for years.
Your vote in the August 18th primary will decide whether we continue repeating the same mistakes — or finally build a better, common-sense future for District 6 and the entire City of Cape Coral.

Fiscally & Socially Conservative with Zero Conflicts.
Cape Coral is grappling with serious issues of wasteful and reckless government spending, even as our city experiences rapid expansion in both residential neighborhoods and business development.
Cape Coral deserves far better leadership than the current group of incompetent, tax-and-spend politicians. Together, we can end the same old, irresponsible political practices and replace the out-of-touch, tone-deaf leadership that’s perpetuated our entrenched “good old boy” network.
“I Know Who I Work For”
Special interests and insider groups will never sway my decisions. Cape Coral needs truly independent, principled leadership rooted in strict fiscal conservatism—always putting hardworking taxpayers and homeowners first.
A Little History

My wife and I moved to Northwest Cape Coral six years ago. After more than 20 years as a digital marketing director for technology companies, I now work part-time at the Home Depot here in Cape Coral. My wife is a dedicated RN and cancer specialist with Lee Health.
Our roots in Southwest Florida run deep—our family has lived, visited, and vacationed here continuously from the 1980s to today. My parents spent two decades in Naples, my sister and brother-in-law live in Fort Myers, and friends and cousins across the state proudly call Florida home.
Once I settled in, I quickly became interested in Cape Coral Politics and what made it tick. It quickly became apparent that a majority of households were experiencing unrealistic financial pressures caused by years of ignoring any attempts to broaden the tax base. We often heard complaints regarding unaccountable, and arrogant representatives.
Once we settled in, I quickly became interested in how Cape Coral politics really worked. It didn’t take long to see that average residents were struggling under unrealistic financial pressures — the direct result of years of over spending and refusing to broaden the city’s tax base. Time and again, we heard the same frustrations: unaccountable and often arrogant elected representatives.
The punitive UEP (utilities expansion project) hook-up fees and assessments are quickly approaching sixty thousand dollars, rising city services bills, infrastructure demands, increasing homeowners’ and flood insurance rates and the current equity losses are all contributing to the high cost of living in Cape Coral.
It’s Not Their Money!
Your August 3rd primary vote will decide whether we keep repeating past mistakes — or start building a better future.

I’m not a realtor/broker. I’m not a connected Lee County government official. I’m not a developer, builder, or a contractor. I’m not part of a special interest group and I’m not a past or present city or Lee County employee. I have zero special interest baggage.
My message is simple: I’m a conservative, tech-savvy, common-sense, hard-working Cape Coral resident with fresh eyes and a genuine commitment to respecting citizen input, making smart project decisions, and putting a stop to out-of-control spending.
Responsible Growth and Real Transparency
My seat on the City Council presents a major opportunity to shape the city’s future while preserving its unique identity. Below is a fresh vision and a set of primary goals for both the present and future, focused on acknowledging resident opinions, attracting new businesses, fixing UEP funding, smart growth, and quality of life.
- Specific, actionable plans — not vague promises or empty slogans.
- A proven tech career that brings smart, innovative thinking to guide intelligent, sustainable growth.
- Real results — finally getting things done for our community instead of kicking the can down the road.
- Authentic fiscal conservatism: due diligence and rigorous, evidence-based scrutiny prior to every dollar spent.
- Genuine respect for every resident’s voice — no exceptions, no favoritism.
- On behalf of well and septic owners across Cape Coral, I will dedicate serious time, phone calls, research, and effort to securing meaningful relief on UEP (Utilities Expansion Project) assessment and hook-up fees — while pushing for smarter, more effective funding solutions.
- My goal is to champion the unique issues and priorities of District 6 taxpayers. I pledge to treat my part-time position on the Cape Coral City Council as a full-time job — listening closely to residents, respecting their concerns, and giving their input serious weight when making key decisions.
- Accountability and Transparency is Key: My official Facebook “CAPE CORAL POLITICS” and email – politicscapecoral @ gmail – will always be open and active. My sincere comment feedback on behalf of citizens is NOT limited to the current three minutes at the end of council meetings.
We’re facing serious challenges head-on, yet we’re simultaneously experiencing rapid growth in both residential and commercial sectors. Cape Coral deserves better than today’s tax-and-spend crowd. Together we’ll break the cycle of tired, irresponsible politics, tone-deaf leadership, and the good-old-boy network. I will never allow special interests, the Mayor, the City Manager, or any connected insider groups to determine my votes.

All City Voters Participate in the Open Races Regardless of Which District They Live In.
If you are a registered voter in Cape Coral, you will see all three district races (1, 4, and 6) on your ballot. You can vote for one candidate in District 1, one in District 4, and one in District 6 — even if you don’t live in those districts.
